The effect of Public Smoking Bans in Lebanon

The Law to Ban Smoking in Public and Closed Areas in lebanon has just passed.what will be the effect of that Ban?

  • This summer, we will breath fresh air in the public places
  • We will consume more food
  • We will consume more alcohol
  • We will visit more diet centers
  • We will buy more natural health products
  • already-booming rooftop bar in the city
  • cafe-trottoir style will become the new trend
  • None smokers will  join the smokers outdoors
  • We will tweet less
  • We will work less and socialize more
  • We will live longer if the Lebanese authorities ban playing with dangerous bombs in public spaces.
I am sure i am missing some points , feel free to add yours in the comment box.

It's just going to mean that people are going to have a much better quality of life! Why do your think the smoking ban will have an affect on the amount that people tweet?

I love the sarcasm you used in writing this! But then again, less smoking can also mean less risk to bad breath and bad teeth. My dentist Concord told me about the effects of smoking on teeth and I didn't like it.

I'm glad that now, there are a lot of campaigns that help increase the awareness of the public about the bad effects of smoking. Smoking can really destroy lives.

This is a very funny post. But I think smoking do really has a lot of bad effects in our oral health as well as our overall health. Prevention is always better than cure Joe.
